Following our successful development application approval in late 2025, we are thrilled to share a monumental update with our community this week: Official land titles for the Park Lane project have officially been issued and registered.

This marks the successful conclusion of a meticulous four-year journey. To bring this vision to life, our team engaged in complex, long-term negotiations with the State Government to execute a detailed land swap, primarily focused on removing a significant existing easement.

Overcoming the Bureaucratic Hurdle

The complexity of this achievement cannot be understated. In fact, successfully navigating this land swap to remove the easement proved to be the most difficult and legally intensive part of our pre-development process. Changing official title registrations and reassigning intricate land ownership between lots is highly regulated, and we are incredibly proud to have crossed this major finish line.

Looking Ahead: Stage Two

With our consolidated land titles after the land swap now registered with the QLD Titles Office, Stage 2 of our site consolidation, intergrating the road to our final site footprint is now well underway. We want to assure you that this secondary process will run in the background and will not affect our anticipated build timelines in any way.
