Project Update: Land Swap Finalized

While the media focuses on the skyline, our team is making quiet, critical progress on the ground.

We are pleased to share that the land swap and all documentation has been finalised with the titles office this week. This major milestone ticks another crucial administrative milestone off our checklist as we prepare for the next phases of development and issuance of contracts.

Earlier this week our team had a very productive meeting with the Mayor Tom Tate & Deputy Mayor Mark Hammel where they reaffirmed their support for the project and what it will bring to the Gold Coast, and Southport in particular. It would be fair to say they are almost as excited as we are about getting started.
