One Park Lane — An Idea In Progress

Life at One Park Lane,on the water.

We're exploring the idea of a private vessel available exclusively to One Park Lane owners — moored close by and bookable as easily as any other building amenity. It's early. Nothing is confirmed. Before we take this any further, we want to hear from the people it's actually for: you.

Two vessels under consideration · $30k–$100k indicative · 4-year initial term

The Idea

What if your ownership included the water?

Rather than every owner sourcing, storing and maintaining their own boat, One Park Lane would hold a small fleet on residents' behalf — moored nearby, maintained and staffed, and released to owners on a booking system built into the building's existing concierge. Fractional access to a vessel, without the fractional hassle.

The program would run in four-year cycles, timed to coincide with the major maintenance these vessels need anyway — engine overhauls, refits and survey work. Your buy-in secures a guaranteed four years of usage, with the option to extend if enough owners want to continue.

To be clear — this is a concept we're testing, not a commitment. Whether it goes ahead, and in what form, depends largely on the response we get from existing buyers below.

The Math

Owning solo means paying 365 days to use 10

A lower buy-in, a guaranteed usage window, and none of the between-trip costs of owning a vessel outright.

Two Vessels, Two Tiers

Which one would suit you?

We're currently weighing up two options. Both are shown here as concept line sketches — no vessel has been selected or purchased.

Both vessels would be blocked out over major public holidays and events, so access stays fair across every owner rather than first-come, first-served for the calendar's best dates.

Indicative Buy-in

≈ $100,000

  • Multi-day voyages & overnight accommodation
  • Comfortably hosts 12+ guests entertaining
  • Self-drive or skippered on request
  • Extended-range itineraries for longer getaways
The Mechanics

How the buy-in would work

As proposed, the vessel buy-in is simply folded into your existing purchase — no separate settlement, no separate finance arrangement.

Step 01

Select at Contract

Indicate your preferred tier when you sign, or add it any time prior to settlement.

Step 02

Added to Purchase Price

The buy-in is simply added to your apartment's contract price — one transaction, no separate financing.

Step 03

Access at Settlement

Your booking rights activate the moment your residence settles, for a guaranteed 4-year usage term.

Step 04

Term & Renewal

The program runs for an initial 4 years — timed to line up with the vessels' major service and survey cycles. Continuing beyond that is put to an owner vote.

For Contract & EOI Holders

Early access, years before settlement

A separate idea we're testing alongside the main program, for buyers who are already committed.

Concept — Subject to Demand

If you're already on a signed contract — or have registered an EOI — you may not need to wait until settlement to step aboard. Eligible contract and EOI holders could gain access to The Cruiser as early as early 2027, years ahead of completion. That access would run right up until your settlement date, at which point it ends — if you've also taken up the standard program, your guaranteed 4-year term would then begin fresh from there.

POA

Available to current contract holders and EOI registrants only. Like the rest of this page, it's a concept — it would only go ahead with enough demand.

Membership Options

On top of the buy-in, two ways to pay

The ongoing membership — covering upkeep, mooring and booking access — would sit separately from the one-off buy-in, running alongside your 4-year usage term. A skipper can be arranged on request. Exact fees are still being scoped; this is the structure we're testing.

1 payment, covers all 4 years

Paid Upfront

Settle your ongoing membership in full at the same time as your buy-in. One transaction, nothing further to schedule.

  • Single payment, bundled with settlement
  • No recurring admin
  • Locks in today's rate for the 4 years
Every 3 months, for 4 years

Paid Quarterly

Spread each year's membership across four smaller payments, billed every three months throughout your 4-year term.

  • Smaller, predictable instalments
  • Cancel or pause between quarters
  • Reviewed annually alongside the fleet
