The dust is officially settling on the first phase of our development. Demolition and site clearing continued throughout this past week, and the grounds at 1 Park Lane are now almost entirely clear of debris.
Current Focus: Our crews will continue final clearing and site preparation works over the next few weeks to ensure a flawless canvas for what comes next.
The Next Big Milestone: We are officially gearing up for the “breaking of ground” and the formal excavation of the basement levels.
